1. About Bait Al Noor

Bait Al Noor is an online store offering Islamic calligraphy and decorative wall-art products, including acrylic Islamic wall plates, mirror-finish Islamic décor, calligraphy pieces and related home décor products.

2. Acceptance of Terms

We make every effort to display our products, colours, sizes, finishes and images as accurately as possible.

  • Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and lighting.

  • Minor variations in acrylic, mirror finish, cutting, edges or finishing may occur due to the manufacturing process.

  • Product dimensions may have a small manufacturing tolerance.

  • Product images may show the product in a particular lighting or display setup. Accessories, walls, furniture or other items shown in lifestyle photographs may not be included unless specifically mentioned in the product description.

Such minor variations that do not materially affect the quality or functionality of the product will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

4. Islamic Calligraphy Products

Our products may contain Quranic verses, Islamic phrases, names, calligraphy and other religious content.

Customers are requested to handle and display these products respectfully and appropriately.

Bait Al Noor is not responsible for how a customer subsequently uses, displays, stores or handles a product after delivery.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts and promotional offers may be changed at any time without prior notice.

In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, Bait Al Noor reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund where payment has already been received.

6. Orders

Placing an order on our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

An order is considered accepted only after confirmation by Bait Al Noor.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability issues

  • Incorrect product pricing or listing information

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Technical or system errors

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

Bait Al Noor does not store complete credit/debit card information on its own systems where payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

Orders will normally be processed after successful payment confirmation.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the processing time mentioned on the relevant product page or during checkout.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier service

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Peak-season demand

  • Natural events

  • Transportation delays

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is also subject to the courier company's operational timelines.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address, phone number and other required delivery information.

Bait Al Noor will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Inspection on Delivery

Because our products may contain acrylic and mirror-finish components, customers are strongly advised to inspect the package immediately after delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

For a product that arrives damaged, customers may be required to provide:

  • Unboxing video, preferably recorded continuously from the sealed package

  • Photographs of the outer packaging

  • Photographs/videos of the damaged product

  • Order number

  • Delivery details

This information helps us investigate the issue with the courier and determine the appropriate resolution.

10. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Where a claim is approved, Bait Al Noor may, at its discretion and subject to product availability:

  • Replace the affected product or part;

  • Repair or otherwise resolve the issue; or

  • Provide an appropriate refund.

Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, installation, cleaning, storage, impact or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.

11. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, certain items may be eligible for return or exchange only if they arrive damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered.

Products must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging and accessories, where applicable.

Items that have been damaged, modified, installed improperly or used by the customer may not qualify for return or replacement.

Before sending any product back, please contact Bait Al Noor and receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

12. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has entered production, processing, packing or dispatch.

If cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund policy and the payment method used.

13. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the relevant order/product has been reviewed and the refund has been authorized.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway or other financial institution.

Shipping charges, transaction charges or other non-refundable amounts, where applicable and legally permissible, may not be refundable.
